A Fast-Paced Onboarding:

Upon joining Vitray BI Solution, I wasted no time immersing myself in the company’s tools and processes. Within just one week of onboarding, I eagerly involved on my first real-world project: developing a sales dashboard for a food company. Despite the initial learning curve, I embraced the challenge which was integrating data from two different databases to create a cohesive and insightful dashboard.

Diverse Projects, Varied Challenges

As my tenure progressed, I found myself tackling a diverse array of projects, each presenting its own unique set of challenges and opportunities for growth. From calculating salesmen commissions for a dairy company to designing an inventory aging report for a steel company, I thrived on the intricacies of data analysis and visualization.

Taking Ownership and Leadership:

One of the defining moments of my journey was when I was entrusted with a steel manufacturing holding company project. As the owner of this project, I took on the responsibility of designing a comprehensive data model and dashboard spanning various facets of the company’s operations, including financial management, inventory tracking, production analysis, and human resource management. I should note that I was needed to integrate data of 7 companies to delivering the required insights to the stakeholders. This experience not only honed my technical skills but also instilled in me a sense of ownership and leadership.

Driving Impactful Insights:

Another highlight of my journey was the creation of a holistic report for a beverage company, consolidating inventory, production, and procurement data to identify raw material shortages and optimize production planning. As the owner of this project, I leveraged my expertise to develop actionable insights that drove tangible business outcomes for the client.

Mentorship and Empowerment:

In addition to my project responsibilities, I also had the privilege of serving as a mentor for new employees joining the company. Guiding them through the onboarding process, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth has been immensely rewarding, reaffirming my commitment to nurturing the next generation of data professionals.
